We love working with creators and want to keep our collaborations clear, fair, and transparent. By accepting, receiving, or creating content with our gifted product, you agree to the following terms:
1. ASA Compliance
Any content featuring our gifted product must comply with the New Zealand Advertising Standards Authority Guidelines for Influencer Advertising. This means the content must be clearly disclosed as advertising from the first interaction, using clear wording such as “Ad” or “Advertisement”. The disclosure must be easy to see and should not be hidden in hashtags, at the end of a caption, or only included in one part of a multi-part story or video sequence.
2. Gifted / Contra Arrangement
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this is a product-for-content gifted collaboration. The gifted product is provided in exchange for content featuring the product. This is not a paid partnership unless a separate written agreement is confirmed by both parties before content is created.
3. Content Usage Rights
By accepting the gifted product, you grant us permission to use, repost, repurpose, edit, share, boost, whitelist, and run paid advertisements using any content you create featuring our product. This includes use across our website, email marketing, organic social media, paid social advertising, and other brand marketing channels.
4. No Retrospective Fees
No usage fees, rate cards, licensing charges, or additional payments will apply to our use of the content unless they are formally agreed in writing by both parties before the content is created.
5. Authenticity and Accuracy
Any claims made about the product must be genuine, based on your own experience, and must not include misleading or unsubstantiated claims.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting or receiving the gifted product, or by creating content featuring the product, you confirm that you accept these gifted collaboration terms.
